What we collect

When someone calls a business that uses our service, we process the caller's phone number, the call recording, a transcript, and details the caller gives (name, address, and the service they need). From our business customers we collect account details, business settings and billing information.

How we use it

Only to answer calls on the business's behalf, book appointments in its calendar, send the business owner a summary text, and show the business its call history. We do not sell personal information or use it for advertising.

Call recording and AI

Every call begins by saying that the caller is speaking with a virtual assistant and that the call may be recorded.

Service providers

We use trusted providers to run the service: voice AI (Vapi), telephony and text messaging (Twilio), hosting (Vercel), database and storage (Supabase), calendar (Google), payments (Stripe), email (Resend) and error monitoring (Sentry).

Storage and deletion

Recordings and transcripts are stored privately and are visible only to the business the call was for. A business can delete all of its call data at any time from its settings. Callers can ask the business, or us, to delete their information.

Contact

Questions or deletion requests: reply to any email from us or contact the business you called.
