The service

We provide an AI receptionist that answers calls forwarded to a phone number we assign, books appointments in your connected calendar, transfers urgent calls to your phone and sends you a summary of every call.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for the business information you give the AI (services, prices, hours, service area), for setting up call forwarding, and for following up on calls marked for callback. The AI gives callers general safety instructions for gas smells or carbon monoxide alarms and tells them to call 911 or their gas company; it is not an emergency service.

Billing

New accounts start with a 3-day free trial; a card is required to start it. If you don't cancel before the trial ends, the plan is billed monthly in advance through Stripe. You can cancel anytime from the billing page; service runs until the end of the paid period. If a payment fails, the AI is paused until payment succeeds.

Recording consent

The AI tells every caller the call may be recorded and that they are speaking with a virtual assistant. You agree not to change the greeting in a way that removes these disclosures.

Availability and liability

We work hard to answer every call but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service, since we depend on phone carriers and other providers. To the extent allowed by law, our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the last month.
